TO BRING or NOT to bring!!! that is this question!
i am just starting a thread for questions about what to bring and what not to bring. i was thinking about bringing a video camera. is that a no no? what about digital cameras? what about one time use cameras? what about regular cameras?
also, will there be showers available? i dont remember reading anything about that. so i guess im just curious. thanx to anyone who can help ~Hollie

ya what about , suckers and stuff like that, alot of parties around here wont allow that stuff, and pacifiers and glitter, all the good stuff, parties around here think everything is contraban

Last year I brought all kinds of candy in with me. i also brought in 2 of those disposable cameras.

i dont think a vid. or a digi camera should be a problem. its not like ur going to video tape people while they're sleeping. unless thats wat floats ur boat. and if so i say forshame

I brought in an entire cooler full of food in tupperware last year. I also brought 2 camera's and a lot of other stuff. The only thing they told us not to bring (over and over again) was medication's, alcohol, and drugs (duh!).

Right...two years ago, someone went through all of the tents around ours and stole everyone's bags. We got lucky, all of our valuables were in the car...but some people lost their food, their clothes, their money...so be smart. If you bring something worth stealing, don't leave it in your tent.

ok sounds good, thanks, parties around here are very rigid with there rules we just wanted to be sure we know what to bring and what not to, ya'll helped alot..we cant bring cameras to raves because they think we will hide e or somthing inside of it, its just nuts!

You might want to keep it simple. Bring cameras but leave the expensive stuff at home... One of my friends had her vid cam stolen last year..

I brought my video camera last year and I must say, it was nice to be able to go home and watch some video from the weekend, however I don't think I'll bring it up again this year, it was a lot to worry about and since I didn't feel comfortable leaving it alone in my tent so pretty much carried it around with me ALL weekend, which became pretty annoying after a while..

if you have a boom box...DON'T BLAST IT IN LINE. the people behind us in line played the most terrible music, and I suffered because of it. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE
bring a 24-pack of toilet paper, and sell it for $10.00 a roll to desperate girls on Sunday morning.

video cameras?
no video cameras? what about for the press crews?
and about parking not being on site, if we have to hit our car to leave camera epuipment, etc., will we have to wait in line to get back in? please tell -XX Magazine |
