You have a whole lot more room for your private messages. The original size was .5k which I had originally set as I was afraid it would become to large. In the grand scheme of things the PM function is a drop in the bucket for this board, and in reality it should keep some of the crap off the board. Older PMs (more than 90 days) will be cleared on occasion.

speaking of crap on the board, the moderators have a new temporary ban function available to them. At their discretion, then can ban a user from the system for as little as one hour, to much more than that. This will help us with our rule enforcement as it's not as severe as a permanent ban (especially when that would be overkill), but will certainly get the point across.

You'll also notice a new "quick reply" box at the end of each thread. The board has also had some cosmetic upgrades.

Also, we've expanded the "ignore user" function (available in your control panel). Not only will you never see a post by anyone in your ignore list, but those people will be prevented from replying to any thread you start. Rather than fighting with someone, I suggest you just "ignore" them and they shouldn't bother you again.
