I just watched the video for the first time.. and *wow*. I'm crying.
I can't believe that it was just FOUR MONTHS ago that so many people came together for something they believed in.. but look at us! We bicker and fight and complain and we're elitist.. what happened to the attitudes everybody brought to that event? I *believe* in toronto's scene. It's been a huge part of my life for so long and I don't want to see it die away or turn into something it is not.. GO WATCH THE VIDEO if you haven't seen it or even if you have. Don't forget what we fought so hard for. |

But I think the Toronto scene has lost its luster, as too many people get into going to raves and make it a habitual thing. Eventually they fall into being really into the scene and almost jealous about it. I think most partykids think they have more of a right to be there then someone who is at their first party or just goes every once and awhile to have a good time with some drugs or whatever, so they get really jealous and bitter at what is going on around them. -=Nub=- |
