Local 13 (one of the biggest US promoters) announced today that their upcoming party (bang 4) has been cancelled due to city pressure. Almost sounds like the same fate Hulla suffered before everything started going downhill..
Anyone know more about this? |

philly (as far as i know)..
has nothing to do with TO, but i thought it was interesting, because it seems to be similar to what happened to hulla |

IIRC, Bang 4 was cancelled because after Whistle 3 (which was great, music-wise, but was a bit heavy on the ODs - I've heard as much as 36 people taken out on stretchers), Shampoo, which was the venue, got a bit hesitant and pulled out of the deal.
