I'd say more like 12 cause that's probably when things are gonna be in full swing. However i don't know the venue very well so I'm gonna leave the up to the Hullaboarders. If you guys can think of a good spot to do it that would be great. And Piercedsparkles, don't worry about blinding us, I'm just glad that so many people are excited to see it

Well it all depends on what u want...
You want the most ppl (thus making it better competition and a better show) then midnite is prolly best... the nite is still young (thus ppl arent tired) and just about every one that is going to show up for the party is there... however it will be packed and you might be hard pressed to get a big competition going... do it earlier say 10-11 you will have the space but prolly not the ppl...
I vote 12ish still tho... i think thats the best time assuming we can steal some space... which im sure we can get a circle or something going at least...
