Shoot your own camcorder footage for our Hulla doc!
I was just given a suggestion today that we incorporate individual raver's footage into our documentary.
So, if you'd like to bring your own camcorders and record your night and I'd especially be interested in footage going to the event and coming back (road trips especially!) feel free to do so. We've always allowed camcorders into the party. Contact me to arrange to send a copy (or original to be returned) of the video. MiniDV would be ideal since the quality would be best. No guarantees what might make it in, but if it's something that would be a cool addition and give us some other perspectives that would be wicked. Be vigilant guarding any camera equipment you bring to the party however, don't want anyones night ruined by something going missing. |

So far the plan for the "official" shoot is we're going to have 2 cameras on site. One will be on stage all night shooting the DJs, crowd, overall party and the second will be a roaving camera with a seperate boom mic operator (think Trailer Park Boys) that will talk with people and get interviews and such. If you don't want to be part of that, just don't talk with them
