there is a couple of places you can buy them the best place would be outerspace record with is at yonge and bloor on the west side just south of bloor. it it right across from Brassrail.
another place is a couple dollar stores carry them but they have a poor selection on colour mostly yellow! and they are smaller then the normal one so good luck on your hunt

you can totally get them at the party. or if you want to get tons, look in a dollar store. in buffalo i used to get mine at this dollar store near my house. or if you party a lot and want to save a lot of money look on ebay. you can usually get a box of fifty or a hundred assorted for reallly cheap
