Informal Probation and Boarder Crossing :-(
Hello again everyone. And believe me, I hate to bring up more boarder crossing questions, but quite frankly I've gotten myself a little worried. I was just put on 2 years informal probation for parking in a handicap spot.... stupid as it sounds.... but anyway I'm on probation none the less and now I'm once again concerned with crossing the boarder. I wasn't given paperwork or anything that outlined the rules of my probation, but all the judge said was that I can't get another misdemeanor or worse within those two years or I'll be in big trouble. Traffic matters don't count. If I miss Hulla because of a stupid little mistake like this, then I'll go psycho... literally... so if anyone on here has been or is on informal probation, or if anyone knows more about the rules of leaving the country while on probation please let me know.

Sorry, been gone a few days and didn't check back. I wouldn't ask my PO cause I don't have one. I'm on informal probation... therefore I don't need one. That's for Formal Probation only where you have random drug testing and can't leave the state and Blah Blah Blah. Anyway, I figured we're all ravers here and surely someone has been arrested and put on informal probation, but it's all gravy. I called the court house today and they said that it doesn't specify that I cannot leave the country so they see no reason why the boarder patrol would keep me out. Hurray... I was just worried and now I'm excited again. See ya'll there........Happy Hulla!!!!!!!!!!! (Oh and yeah I know the handicap thing was a douche move, my bad. Hope nobody hates me :-( tear, whimper whimper, tear)

stereotypes are cool mmmmmkay also, i've never been on probation, nor have i ever been charged with any criminal activity... certainly not convicted... the worst thing i've been caught doing is speeding! thankfully.... =) *knocks on wood* |
