I made 3 bags out of carebear stuffed animals, I just gutted, sewed in a liner, and attached velcro to the opening. Works like a charm ^_^ the only tough part it getting some straps on.. I tend to use really thick ribbon doubled over for strenght. I haven't had a bag fall apart yet.

getting all kinds of ideas for outfits.. I finally got my "waitlist" tickets!!! So now i HAVE to get moving on putting together the outfit and making Kandi... So small matching pack and/or pants with lots of pockets closed with "velcro" even easier than snaps...
