this article has been floating around. I thought some people might be interested. I don't know if people are familiar with Focus On The Family, but basically it's a conservative, anti-gay rights organization. Well, on their website they offer a bunch of stuff they'll ship you for free. In fact, you can order up $100 of free stuff before they demand a donation. Even shipping is free and they don't require any credit card info or anything. Most of it is bible thumper type stuff and guides to spice up the marriage, which is all good for a laugh. Anyway, I highly recommend people check it out. I mean, you can get a free copy of The Chronicles Of Narnia on dvd and waste the money of a terrible organization at the same time!

My friend and I once got on the phone and ordered a whole bunch of free stuff for my roommate. We ordered him everything from insulation samples to free tampons. The funniest was when we called in to Peter Poppoff's ministry asking him to pray for his non-existant coke addiction.

He received an envelope with holly water and a strong suggestion to send money to be cured. He didn't reply, but more letters arrived threatening damnation if he didn't send money. The letters became more explicit as time went by. Send money or go to hell, lol!!

He figured out it was us roomies that ordered the stuff. It was fun.
