Shift at CN Tower
It was after Funtopia one or two, not sure. So I had to work a shift at the CN Tower on cash in the morning and I got maybe one hour of sleep. I somehow lost over $300 that day. Didn't get fired. Yay!

after my first hulla i ended up driving around toronto with a couple kids i had just met, and nobody who had come from minnesota with me... we somehow got into the guvernment and walked around while it was all empty, until a janitor kicked us out. then we snuck up to the top of the CN tower. then the car was locked and the key didn't unlock it so i had to crawl in the tiny back window (which fortunately was just not there cause it was a POS car). oh and this car, didn't belong to any of us. it was some guy's friend's, but he didn't know we had it. and nobody else knew where we went, cause they were all passed out at the hotel.. we were the ones who couldn't sleep, so we just left. it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Only been to one Hulla, All Good Things. My girlfriend and I walked around downtown afterwards. There was an art festival going on. Man, it's humid in Toronto, at least to me. Everyone looked like they were all walking around comfortably, and I was dying. Wading in a huge square fountain somewhere downtown helped a little. Then we went to CN Tower (too expensive) so we headed across the street to a brewery for free beer. Steam Whistle Pale I believe it was called. Pretty good, nothing like the beer we have in Colorado, but keep trying Canada. That's it.

I usually stop by Mcdonald's to treat myself with breakfast on my way home. Unpack, take my dog out, then it's sleepy time . Usually followed by MC Jumper calling around noon hoping to get brunch on his way out of the city but I only managed to do that once with him.

^^^you should have gone with him...i've seen him at brownstone cafe on yonge after a hulla or two...many hullaheads to be seen who would have loved to shake your hand i'm sure
the best post-hulla story from us: one time, we wound up going the wrong way leaving the opera house (this was when we "hardcored" it...drove up saturday afternoon from NY, changed in the car, partied, changed in the car again, and went back home to NY) and couldn't figure out how to get back on the gardiner expressway. After much driving around and getting lost, we found the expressway out by that giant cineplex movie theater, where we were faced with a problem: to go east or west on the expressway. We figured, since syracuse is east of toronto, we needed to go east. after driving for about 10 minutes, and seeing the CN tower looming ahead of us, we realized we were incorrect. In order to get back to the states and go east, you must go WEST out of toronto. we've never made that mistake again

my favorite post hulla experience would definately have to be after LIS...
we had brought two newbs with us... whom had never even been to a party, let alone hulla... they had stayed ALL night with us... as i would NOT let them leave alone... afterwards we took them back to the hotel.. and they were tired... so me and the bf went roaming around toronto... went to eggspectations on yng for some breakie and a blueberry yogurt smoothie... and we ran into Cyndi Lauper at the restaurant... she had been playing some concert thingie at the Eaton Center... and stopped over there after for a smoothie... i burst out into True Colors... and she just started laughing hysterically.. as did we... that is all... was a really fun morning... and eggspectations has the BEST smoothies YUM |

I usually went home and slept after parties
I was never into the "after party sketch out" the last thing I wanted after spending 8-10 hours at a rave was to go and spend the next 8-10 hours talking about the rave |

I usually eat Red River cereal with fruit afterwards. Bacon and eggs would be too painful.

goin back to the states still dressed to the t in our finest rave apparel (minus the candy) was interesting. I found the whole car search, including the dog a humorus event, though the bf didnt like the dirty looks i got for wearing my fun fur skirt and neon pink gator shirt. guess they thought some nice kids in brightly colored clothes looked suspicious, we had to sign some odd form saying we had no more than 10 grand in cash, and some odd nuts or snails from canada with us! overall totally worth it for hulla and, as giggle girl said, we too, went the day of and left the morning after........mcdonalds breakfast burritos and o.j.!
