I think it's an awesome idea and i may actually do it a bit myself (in case someone takes my glowsticks hahaha..that always happens!) although...the lights being what they are at a hulla, glowsticks my not be all that necessary..except maybe in the upper chill area behind the bar. (19+ obviously...)
sparklers: fun concept, bad idea...maybe that would have been fun at the outdoor ohio party i went to a couple weeks ago... leash: yeah, you handing out all the glowsticks and whistles at glow was awesome...i got one of the coolest toys that i may remake for this hulla!!! ...hmm...now that i think about it there's a hardware store around here that sells really awesome bright, boldly colored durable glowsticks for a dollar a piece...i may invest in those...*idea*

Usually I was the one who snuck in the sparklers you'd see at the front row. Dollar store say whaaaaaaaaaaaaat!
