Nuts would make cool bracelets if you could solder them together or something. I once had a necklace that I made out of a few butterfly nuts and some chain that I welded together in welding class, but I don't know what happened to it

there's a really nice shop on campus with a mill machine, an arc welder, a metal lathe, and plastic form fitter, and will soon have a 3D printer, but you have to pass this Materials and Processes course to use it. I'm considering doing it. Even though I would never use it for anything major related, I'd still love to just dick around in there and learn all the machines.

just so I don't forget anyone, who all am I making jewelry for and what specifically do they want? I gotta make sure I have enough. I'll probably make some extra assuming I can. I'm home for the summer and only have my tiny garage workshop to use rather than the huge one at school, so some of them will be difficult to impossible to make if I haven't already.
