Well I really doubt it.. but I figured I'd give it a shot..

Is anyone driving up to hulla, from anywhere near Kansas City? Things are going short where I won't be able to get my new car till August.. and my little honda (some of you probably got to see it at WEMF last year! lol) Just won't make that trek again. (well it probably would, but I need an alignment, new belts, an air compressor, etc etc.. which I just don't want to do since I'm buying a new car)

All in short between the price of flying Etc. I just can't pull that money out when I'm in the process of buying a house and a new car.

So if anyone's driving up near here.. Gas money wouldn't be a problem.. Let me know within the next week or so hopefully. Otherwise.. Ebay here comes another hulla victim

leave on Friday the 8th at noon, arrive in Toronto just before noon on Saturday the 9th

$69.00 USD, if you pre-pay the ticket 7 days in advance

its about $100 for the ticket home (which may be in CDN funds.. not sure)

i'd go with the bus, it's a long drive but a good deal all told, you don't have to actually do any driving.. and it's actually cheaper than gas (hence why i'm taking the bus on my next trip to toronto and not driving by myself)

or like carrie said, if you can get to chicagoland (or minneapolis) you could hitch a ride with me, or her

but whatever you do, DON'T DON'T DON'T miss the last hulla!

Damn ravers.. making me feel bad for not going..

I say Chris just has to postpone the last hulla till next year, when i've got my pilots license finished.. LOL

A friend is also apparently looking for a way up.. so I may just cave and fix my car..

A vacation would probably do me some good. I can always credit card it I guess.

I don't do busses. If I'm driving.. I'm driving.. and in a year.. if I'm flying.. I'm flying!

As for speeding up the buying process - if there was anyway to have my credit "within limits" faster.. I'd have it there.. but unless you want to sell me a house for a couple hundred bucks.. I'm screwed
