yeah.. poi is awesome, especially if the person is REALLY good at it... its amazing to watch..
its funny.. i don't see too many people doing it up here in wny/toronto... but i ohio... i see it all over the place.. |

glowsticking with the glowsticks on strings, i think it was origionally like hawaiian or something and they twirled flaming balls on strings or something... im not sure.

yeah, it was first used by island cultures... with strings and staves..
it's truely amazing to watch someone who knows how to do it well. the best person i've ever witnessed was this little chinese guy who was like 25 or so at ATB in columbus last year. completely mesmerizing. |

 i remember when i was learning them.. i was practicing in my boxxers one day, and knocked myself in the balls... they hurt enough when you hit your hands with them... but my god.. i almost cried when they hit the boys... lol |
