Well i think there is an appropriate time for the horns. Like i hate when there's an mc and then in the middle of everything u hear a horn. It's annoying. But when ur supposed to "make noise" then i think it's not too bad

Unfortunately there are some little plurtarded kandy kids who don't know when to stop and blow those damn whistles non stop, annoying everyone within earshot. That being said....when the time is right....blow like you've never blown before.....keep the sick comments to yourself
