Hulla--how R U Getting There, And How Does It Compare???
HELLLOOOO Hulla Ravers!! This is Jeremy, newbie to the Hulla site but loyal follower of Anabolic Frolic for years now. Starting this thread for two reasons:: 1.) To see how many of you guys are driving up from the U.S. states to GET to Hulla in April, and 2.) To find out just HOW Hulla compares to other raves/parties you guys have been to. Is it REALLY that good?? I've heard NOTHING but good things about Hulla raves, now I need to get to one. I live near Hershey, PA and if anybody is driving to Hulla from PA or a sourrouding state, I'd love to hitch a ride up. I got half the gas. Hit me up with a reply in the forum here or at JC97912@COMCAST.NET. :P

Hulla is beyond anything you could expect. I was expecting the time of my life, and it went way beyond that. I was totally sober that night, not even caffeine.. dancing my ass off the whole night, even crying in happiness!
I might be interested in carpooling with you, meeting up with you in the Westchester county, but I'm nto driving the whole way alone, that didn't work too well last time. I'd need another driver to switch off with and I won't be able to offer a car for the trip. |

^^^ Woooo new yorkers My friend and I have been going to hulla's together for a little over a year now from Syracuse, we should find each other on the 17th...and there's nothing quite like hulla, anywhere...your mind will be blown during your first time...try and remember as much as you can, but so much will happen that you won't be able to...that's what keeps you coming back...that feeling and knowing that there's always more

I am HOPING to be coming from Ottawa for this one! but right now its looking very slim and I'm quite sad about this
but as for the Hulla experience, I've been partying in Ottawa/Montreal/Toronto (but only Hulla's in Toronto) for 2 years and a half now, and I've only been to 2 Hulla's (Hullabaloo iDance 2001 and Fires in the Sky) and they have both been my best raves and best nights of my life! NOTHING compares to a Hulla party wise, even though montreal has a wikkid scene, it still dosen't come CLOSE to anything like you'll get to experience at Hulla. I was lucky and my first Hulla was my second rave so it really stuck with me

A first-time Hulla will always be better then what people describe to you
Unless ofcourse they tell you that people throw diamonds and money at each other. Then you're in for a disapointment.

Wowie! That was a great party... though I don't remember Oh Crikey, Wot a Scorcher that much.. was also my first time on MDEA... fun times... anyways... I'm taking the subway to broadview and then streetcar down to queen.. then walking.. that's my trip to Hulla.. and then after Hulla, providing I don't go to an after party, I take the queen streetcar west to King/Roncessvales.. switch streetcars north to Dundas West station.. and then walk home from there.. |
