Hey I've been incarserated on hippie island living in the commune known as Victoria BC for the last 4 months and was wondering if hulla is sponcering a stage at a newyears party or if any hulla related events are going on while I'm back in TO. (26th-jan 4th)
any info would be appreciated. peace Mike |

no hulla plans for new years and we're still waiting for details about a big toronto new years event. I've been asked to play at it but we're still waiting for destiny to confirm and announce something.

k all good thanks.
does anyone know anything about destiny... my only concern for a big party will be the dreaded concrete culdron known as the Better Living Center. I really dont like partying in that place and thinking about decent sized venues what else is there to use??? heaven vs hell will likly use palace royalle ... which I love but doubt I'll hit that party. well all I know is it will be good to get back to partying Ontario style. (BC is soo Different.)

This is a warning to everyone:
ANTICIPATE A LONG LINE UP. And DONT wear a t-shirt in line thinking that youre smart for avoiding the 2 hour wait for coat check. |

unfortunately for every day that goes by without an announcement of some kind makes it more and more likely there will be a new years party at all.

Ok I take that back, New Years is ON. Still waiting for the details but it looks like it'll be a smaller all locals event.

Well, I pulled it off last year at the better living centre and I must say that it was pretty freakin cold! The good thing was that after about 20 min I kinda got used to it and that made the other hour of waiting go a lil faster. It really paid off though considering that the coat check line was about few hours to check your coat, and a few hours to get your coat. However, I must say that it took me about an hour to warm up once I got it. But, when it all comes down to it, I'll do it again if i have to JD |
