good party-music was good people were great
unfoprtunately my legs were sore and aching from the beginning-couldn't dance much, didn't socialize nearly as much as usual-dissappointed in myself I'll make it up in May though....

Please have a multi-room party in May! It's nice to have a change of pace, and a little more room to dance. My night out really didn't get going until 4am, cuz there wasn't any room to dance before that!
I expected a few more hugs, but maybe because my standards are high (Space Invader, Group Hug). I got rid of a lot of bracelets (thanx thumpdaddy and sorry 'bout your night!) My only complaints are venue-related. The slippery stairs, the narrow stairs, and the sardine can that was the maind dance floor. It was a little hard to understand the MCs for awhile. I'd call it an average Hulla, which still a great party!

Hulla!
I just wanna say Hulla was great!! Of course there were a few minor things that I didn't really like such as once again... coat check grrrr... trying to get down those stairs to the bathroom with all those people, running out of toilet paper. The fact that it was very packed but that's okay cause there was more room later on in the night. To those of you who had your first party at Hulla I hope you had a great experience! Shoutouts to Dwyer, Shawn, Ron. Nice to finally meet you Sanj, Sonya and Adrian!! *hugs* to all the great people I met that night. Sorry if I forgot to mention anyone ya know I luv ya anyways!! Incase you're not sure who I am.. I was the girl with the short spikey hair, black pants and a red and white ezekiel shirt. My ears are still ringing from Hulla *HUGS*

It was a great party!
My first Hulla in a long time, and they haven't changed. Wicked lighting and sound. I wish I had a little more time to play, I would have loved to fit in a particular mix I like doing but alas I had no time. Thanx to the Hulla Crew, I missed all your sets, till next time Cheers Nick / Twitch |

aww yeah
Booya, Hadn't raved for something like 4 months. It had been way too long. But this Hulla was incredible, well worth the wait.
Frolic and Frisky's sets were awesome, And talked to Chris afterwards, absolutely amazeing. 3rd Hulla party for me, and say that this was pretty much the best (was at space invader and turn up the music). And By wild coincidance I managed to find a space invader tape, pure gold. Anyways, Shoutouts to Mike and Kendra. And one girl who I didn't catch your name (you've got my picture though). Ended up wearin a tight black shirt (A chick I came with was cold, and needed my sweater), Black pants with straps hanging off the legs, My goggles and a snapped SNES controller around my neck. So if anyone saw me, send me a message or something. Happy Hullabaloo to everyone, May 11th won't come soon enough.

WOW!!
Well, this was my first Hulla and all I've gotta say is I was blown away!!
The lineup was long, got there @ 930 in by 1020 ish not too bad, but oh soo cold. Within 30 minutes of getting in I couldn't believe how good that vibe was The music was fantastic, IMO all sets were great, my favs had to be: Twitch & Satori -> Loved that darkish trance sound Sharkey -> Excellent Anabolic -> Put a big smile on my face Elixir & Spice -> wow, binary finary really did it for me! I had a super great wikkid time, shouts out to all the cool ppl I met, had a blast, & the hulla crew for puting on a great party! Was my first hulla, and I'll never miss another one <Kazuals> (can't wait til may ) |

oh how I missed Hullabaloooo... didn't get in til almost 1:30, which was our fault for getting there so late anyways, but it was also nice of Robyn and Chris standing outside with everyone keeping us updated on when they'd let more people in, any other event and the promoters would probably be hiding inside.. Sharky was awesome, had no idea what to expect from him and loved every minute of it, the music was bangin the entire time along with him MCing over his own set was great, he seemed to be having the best time out of anyone in the building!! Anabolic was up next and spun a great set as always, he's the reason so many people travel from the states and he never disappoints us! The whole Hullabaloo vibe was awesome as always, with the sold out crowd hopefully that means more people are excited again and we can see the return of a big Hullabaloo party in 2002!!!
See everyone next wek in Buffalo for Eye Opener!! |

for my first hulla it was way more than i could have ever expected....................i didn't think the line was that bad considering i've stood in way longer for way less of a party
the vibe was awesome, i loved feeling comfortable at a party........i haven't felt that in quite a long time............the size of the venue isn't really important to me cuz it seemed like there was just enuff space for everyone the coat check thing, well fortunately for me, i didn't worry bout checkin a coat cuz i hide mine under something but i am sorry for all you who had to wait ;( but seriously wow wow wow, that party was the best party i've ever been to and i have been to quite a few.............i was the girl with the elephant on the stick and blue furry pants.......pink eyelashes........ thanks everyone who made the night the best ever!!!!!!1

Magic Man
Did anyone see that wild magician?!!
I couldn't believe my eyes! He was amazing! Everything from card tricks, to pyro, even to stealin glow from my glow stick and throwin it around. In the dark it was all just too amazing! Anyway, this was my second Hulla and the best yet (first was Space Invader at the Docks<--ROCKED). Doubt it, but if anyone saw a supercute candy girl doin glowsticks on some guys sholders, I was that guy I took 9 hulla-virgins this time and they all LOVED it. They didn't think it would be worth the 5 hour drive and customs and all that, but I made sure they ate their words. They'll be there again, no doubt! Wish there weren't so many stoned 12 year olds, but what can you do? If anyone's here from Pittsburgh, Drop me a line. I'm at Groove pretty often and always want to meet people. ~Lataz and keep it happy |
