the fastest hardcore traqs are 1000 bpm each! they are: "Thousand"by Moby and "Killer Machinery" by The Dream Team. i love happy vocals and instrumentals both with breaks in them. i love the happiness and the chipmunks on helium . here are my tracks that i love
Mello Yello- unknown artist Cloudy Daze(the fast internet version i downloaded its faster than the one on happy2bhardcorech3)-Antisocial,i think? Get into Love- same speed and source as the song above.- Antisocial, im not sure though because the songs are mislabeled on kazaa and other programs. Rainbow to the Stars-Dune Jump around act like a fool- idont know the title or artist to this song could smone tell me who and what? Ordinary People-Dougal and Gammer |

As retarded and pathetic as it may sound, Dougal and Gammer are the reason I'm still breathing to this day.

hmm
interesting that you have like 5 options covering a small sliver of hardcore and then "other" is supposed to encompass the vast majority of it

what is happy hardcore without vocals?
what would the scene be like without eyeopener, shooting star, heart of gold, or any of the fundamental anthems that we sing along to still. although i do love most other forms of hardcore, vocal will always be the way i see hhc. (or hear rather)

Well, I picked oldskool, since I spin it (I specialize in various types of oldskool including darkside and UK breaks), but in truth, I love Rotterdam/Dutch gabber and pounding, thudding dark gabbertech just as much.

Happy vocal all the way. There's nothing like singing your heart out and hearing the people around you do the same. It's a pretty special connection when you catch someone's eye and you're both singing the lyrics to a well known track. I really get into a set if I can sing along.

Kewl. It was deathmetal to ragga jungle for me, back in '94. I'd been into other electronic music before that, but ragga jungle was the first kind I really fell in love with. But ya, deathmetal to happy hardcore is like almost a complete 180.
