Coming from NYC. Probably driving with friends but seriously thinking about flying to Rochester, NY and then catching a ride from there. Plenty of time to plan still so we'll see.

heh. ive calculated a car trip with 4 people from arizona to toronto comes to about $350 a person including gas and food roundtrip, and 3 or 4 hotel nights. for a plane ticket it was like $600 a person :/

I would agree that with more people, driving would be cheaper... but since it's only me & my bf... it would cost us about $700 each to drive. For $650, I found round trip airfare and 6 nights in a 4 star hotel... I'm goin for the flight!

And... I think I would go crazy in a car for 2-3 days... EEEP!

Hmm... you haven't convinced me. Don't get me wrong I've made the drive 3 times for HullabaWEMF '01, '02, and the iDance pre party. The drive there was always great, the drive back leaves something to be desired.

When I was young and unemployed I used to say the trip was part of the adventure. Now considering I'd have to be back at work the next Monday my brain is practically screaming for a plane ticket. Curse this getting old stuff!!

That being said I still think I'm going to sit on this one for the next month or so.

Yeah... I know it's have the fun! But as somebody just mentioned, we, too, are getting too old to treck across the US, party, treck back and then get to work a few days later. LoL. I used to drive from LA to Pittsburgh every summer with my parents when I was little and I think I've had my fill of long car rides through miles and miles of nothingness...

I didn't realize you were in SF! I have partied there quite a few times! Especially when Nu Vision (<3 Kid Orange, <3 Hi-C) did parties!! We haven't been up in about a year, but we'll probably try to get up there this summer some time.

Have you been down here recently??? You should head out in May! Hixxy and Delerium are going to be here!!!

i go to school at Univeristy of Arizona, so as of late ive been involved with the arizona hardcore scene. but my home is in the bay area; i LOVE nu vision. always great quality events going on there.

if you are hardcore heads, arizona is the same length of drive as it would take you to get to SF, but MUCH more hhc and hardcore is played out here. ;]

i havent been to LA... sheesh... since last june i believe. i probably wont make it to see hixxy since im saving for... *dumdumdum* DRIVING TO CANADA! XD
