Maybe there should be a kandi-bracelet-on-door color code system.. Let me try this:

http://www.priceline.com ... name your price and try for anything in the downtown toronto area. Typically $50-60 a night there, but it may be higher as the weekend gets closer. Otherwise people usually stay at the Days Inn on Carlton, or either of the Mariott's.
