You can't guaranteee that you will get THAT specific hotel, but we've been booking these for a while and if you go to "name your own price" and choose a 3 star in downtown toronto....then put in what you would like to pay, you won't be disappointed I am sure.

Priceline buys out a certain number of rooms at each hotel and then you can get them at a certain price...so if all of the priceline rooms are booked, then you may not get one for such a cheap price.

Does that make sense?

I am staying at the Days Inn in downtown Toronto. I know a bunch of people are staying there. We are arriving on Thrusday night, so if you need some people to chill with send me a message before the party and you can meet up with my crew.

I hate asking this but I have to try: I would absolutely *love* anyone (well - I'm sure I will anyway) who would want to chill in their hotel with a hot-tub for a bit after the party. If you've not done this it's fantastic for someone driving a good number of hours in the car after the rave (just make sure you're not the first shift driver if you're doing the afterparty thing.)

Of course - a good hot shower works just as well.

omg, i looove going into hot tubs or whirl pools by the normal pool at hotels.. whenever we go skiing or just on vacation somewhere, after the whole day, or night of partying there is nothing better then a hot tub to soak yourself in

there will be a group of us at the one on Bloor (the better of the two Marriott's in my opinion :P) , but there will also be people at the one on Younge.

So when you guys book rooms at either marriott, do you put down 1 room for 1 person, with the intention of cramming 4 or 5 raver 'guests' in under the radar? (Sleeping on the floor and whatnot). They couldn't boot you out if you did that, as long as you paid for the room, could they?

we have done that with every hotel room we have gotten, and TECHNICALLY you are not supposed to have more than a few people, but as long as you are not causing problems with noise or having too many people running around the hotel hallways all the time, you shouldn't run into any problems.

we only checked in for all good things as one person, but they still gave us a room with two double beds and for like twenty more they gave us a cot too. it can't hurt to ask. i don't think hotel people are stupid. they know there's going to be like 8 people in your room. but as heidi said, just be respectful and you shouldn't run into any problems. make sure to get a smoking room tho if you're a stoner, even if you don't smoke cigs

i think they're both an easy walk to the other.

i think there should be a premovie dinner meetup somewhere near the hotels. everyone's got to eat right?

http://marriott.com/hotels/hotel-in...hotel-downtown/

we got this Marriott
It's a ten minute drive from the opera house, by the rogers center... it's kind of far from everyone else's hotel but that's what cars and public transportation are for

alright...

WELL!

i just did priceline for 51 dollars for 3 nights...

i ended up down on the water... I'm at the new Renaissance Toronto Downtown At the Rogers Center...

i ended up paying 183.78 total for all 3 nights... really good deal...

and there is a pool overlooking the lake... neat stuff...

i wanted to be more central in downtown... but i don't mind walking! and plus it's gonna be summer, so being by the water will be nice !
