the OH made this party happen, it's that simple. They made me the offer when I had no plans to do another party.

Anyone who knows anything, knows that I was never going to do another one and was actually talking to other promoters about tying into our movie, but ultimately knew if I wanted it done right...

ok - so now that he's put this out in the open, I'll back it up and say Frolic came to me quite a while ago about throwing an "official afterparty". Of course, I jumped on the oppertunity and was beginning to get things in order to get some details finalized so I could ensure the party would do justice to what it represented.

Atfer a lot of pre-planning I spoke with Chris again and he decided it may be best for him to take on the party himself as truely we would not be able to put it together properly, especially to my standards.

There was truely no plans for him to do this party as a Hullabaloo. It was going to be an effort from other promoters to capitolize on the turnout in Toronto for the Movie, and we'd be the official afterparty.

This is why I chuckle and laugh at all the people who continually bash Hullabaloo for putting on this reunion event. We've all seen the posts throughout the net with rumors and allegations about it's motives and why it's being done.

The fact of the matter is simply that if I would have had more resources at my disposal, it would be FPS putting on the party, not Hullabaloo.

The Opera House is an excellent venue. I do dare people to find somewhere that is better suited for a party of this type. It may seem easy at first, but trust me when I tell you finding a venue for ANY party is not an easy task unless you want to use somewhere like Big Bop. Granted, Big Bop may not be the best venue in the city, but it sure has supported the rave scene for the past 2 years almost single-handedly. Besides that, go ahead.. find a place that'll hold over 800 people in one room, is licenced, and will hold an event from 9pm-6am on a SATURDAY night, allowing the promoter to take 100% of the door. Good fucking luck.

You guys need to seriously think twice before posting allegations and dumb shit.
