old, old, OLD-school Trance.
That's what I'm gonna be throwing down for the last Hulla. I'm gonna get one last hurrah out of all my old trance tunes (affectionately called "pussy trance").
Some of you may remember a mix tape I did back in '99 called Tranceformer. This was pretty much the first mix tape I'd ever released, and it was shortly after this that I'd spun my first Hulla. (If anyone has some web-space and wants to host the mp3 for a couple of months, pls let me know). In light of the fact that so many old faces are gonna be coming out for the last Hulla, it only made sense that I spin some of the tracks that many of us (and especially me!) still associate with our early raving days. At For Those Who Know, probably 80-90% of the tracks I play are gonna be straight out of this mix. Ahhhh... I'm getting so excited and it's still 2 months away!!! Pete |

Future Perfect Synergy would be happy to host up a mix for you, diggy dawg. Contact DJ Tranzit and send him the mix.
By the way, the party is 'All Good Things...', not 'For Those Who Know'. MCED |

Oh damn, diggidy - I just pooped my pants. I keep looking at this board every couple of days daydreaming about this party & it just keeps sounding better. I am excited to be bringing my wife to AGT - not just her first Hulla - but her first "real" party. And it feels good to know that shes gonna hear some of my old favorite trax! We will be right up front for your whole set, I giz-ar-on-tee!!!!!!!!!

are you serious
i honeslty thought (not to sound like an ass) the last hulla was gonna be good but not great, dont get me wrong but i used to go to the hulla's where you expected atleast one d&b, one trancey dj and a bunch of others that play just about anything(back in the 98-02's.
when i saw the lineup for all good things it looks exactly the same as the hulla that was in february, i was kind of dissapointed seeing as i saw the same line up two hullas ago. but now you guys are talking about going old school and throwing in some trance... i gotta get my ticket now for sure, i miss the hulla's of old with two sets going on, WAY more room, and a variety of music. i mean hhc was the reason i got into the scene and it'll always be some of the best music to listen to, but after so long, i think im developing a taste for a little more complex music...Damn looks like hulla is goonna go out on the right page,,,, and i gotta be there!!!!!! |
