Although....I'm not sure if its true or not....but I heard something about Frolic having a strong dislike for the Gabber stylez.

Frisky dropped gabber! Frisky dropped gabber! Frisky dropped gabber!!!!!!!!! MMMmmmmmm...
Gabber is so good... people who don't like any other type of electronic music very often find they can get into gabber really easily... it's so over the top, but not in a noisy speedcore way, its presented in a very normal format, it's just soooo extreme... But I can understand not having a terror-this and pain-that and exterminate-the-other-thing set in the middle of hulla. That's what happy gabber is for! Gobstoppa's party gabber set at Fuck Yo Couch was some of the best gabber I've ever heard live, not because of the quality of it but because of the happy edge and the way it built the energy for the party. WE WANT TECHNO! NOT POP MUSIC!

^^ hell no you don't
the gabber beat makes the hardcore kick look like a dying mule and hardcore isn't the happy melody, that's why it's not hhc, that's what distinguishes hhc from uk hardcore |

only happy gabber though, party gabber
if its just random gabber it'd ruin the energy but having party gabber early on to kick off the night or later to help revive the energy for silver1 |

The events over there should embrace all types of hardcore ie. trancecore, freeform, cheesecore, breakbeat, gabba, nu style, old skool etc etc(it,s all hardcore). They should be all be apart of one scene as they are in the U.k. Hardcore was always avery diverse scene from 89 to 96. The reason why hardcore died in the U.k between 98 to 01 was because every event was just wall to wall cheesecore. But now U.k hardcore has got the diversity back and the scene is growing all the time.
