Baby names?
Have you decided on what to name it yet?
I'm thinking David, if it's a boy. Or Jordan if it's a girl. Congratulations to both of you!!

no you need a good and classy name...not one that sounds like it came from some sci fi movie...I suggest Stella, Sophie, Alexander or Thomas

i was just kidding at first but seems like everyone likes Anababy Frolic! so at least we got a nickname down. Now for a name......here's an idea, how about we let the PARENTS name the kid =)
But we can still give suggestions of course.......... Whatever the name I can guarantee its gonna be the cutest baby!!!! AND it'll be one of the few ppl at the events thats not using a pacifier for drug related purposes! LOL Anyway, I can't wait to meet the new addition! |

If it's a girl, it's Abigail June. We've had that name picked out for at least six months (if not a year).
As for a boy, I'm still holding out for Demian, but Frolic doesn't like that. So we're still debating male names. |

lol you guys plan far ahead! My aunt and uncle had a baby and they didn't have a name for like 2 weeks after it was born.
Do you guys take any offence to the nickname Anababy Frolic? |

None at all I've also been getting suggestions of "Annabelle Frolic" from people!
If we didn't already have a nickname for the fetus I'd use Anababy, but the fetus has already acquired a nickname (the Tyrant) and that fits it too well to change it. I'll remember Anababy for next time around though! |

The name Demian reminds me of that evil kid from "the Omen" (no offense if it's a family name, just doing word association here )...and why, might I ask, are we calling baby the Tyrant? Predestining him to take over canada and the world?

i would guess the fetus has already taken over
robin's moods and physical comfort/discomfort ...which would be plenty tyranical to justify the moniker

good call...i figured that prolly was it, but it'd still be fun if Anababy took over the world...i wonder how poor Foo feels about not being the baby anymore? have you given him the "you're going to have a new brother or sister" talk yet??

Robot called it - for something that's only 2 1/2" long, it's been making me awfully miserable! (Actually, it's been making me pretty miserable since it was the size of an aspirin!) I'm not actually riding the puke train but I'm Nausea Woman most of the time, and I'm so exhausted I get out of breath walking from one room to another. Also having mood swings from hell - I burst into tears today at my desk and had to tell my supervisor I've been having "family problems" - I figure that wasn't _totally_ lying, the Tyrant _is_ part of the family...
Demian is a reference to a book by Hermann Hesse, I just love the way it looks and sounds and the character in the book was fascinating. Frolic says it's demonic - the "Omen" reference I guess. I keep pointing out that the Omen came out in like the 60's or 70's and I don't even know anybody in my peer group that's seen it, so it's not like ANYONE the Tyrant grows up with will have! Foo's not all that keen on babies, he tends to bark at the TV if he hears a baby crying on a show. But he'll just have to adjust. :P |
