After Party
First off, I wanna say that Fires in the Sky was fuckin awesome!!!!!!! The after party on Cherry Beach was great too. WHat does everyone think we should do for Enchanted? I was thinkin about reserving hotel rooms now, so we can all stay 2gether. How bout the Days Inn on Carlton again?

i dunno, i stayed at the days inn this time around and the rooms were tiny, we were stumbling over eachother. Not that I spent a lot of time in the room, but... I'd like to turn around in the room without getting somebody's elbow in my ear.
what 'bout the people that stayed at the hojo, or other places? any comments? |

oh my god...the hojo was about the size of the days inn, but the front desk guy, Stevan, was the best...we invited him to come to the next hulla with us...i wanted to have his hotel babies...The HoJo had an old fashioned victorian style elevator...it didn't carry more than 5 people at a time, but it was worth the wait to ride it...I'm definitely all for staying at the HoJo again

the best hotel is the Comfort Suites on Jarvis and Dundas.. the rooms are huge, there's two beds, and a couch that pulls out into a 3rd bed. definately the best deal when there's a bunch of people! (just remember when ya check in that there's only two people in the room or they'll charge ya more)

I might throw a random house party after. But i'll probably be burnt out after two days of non stop raving anyway... that and the fact that I will have turned a year older, so I will have probably done something even more foolish than usual *lol*.. :/
Is anyone else throwing any random parties or holding anything after? Last edited by Slippy : September 24th, 2003 at 01:37 AM. |

Why April or July? Is it because thats when school ends?
I wanted to have a big house party at my place around September but all my plans fell through as soon as we all got busy with school (Don't you hate it when you plan something like a party only to see your roommates or friends mess it all up *lol*).. |

Because I'll have my own place by April or July's Hullas... December/February Hullas I will prolly still be living with parents.. and there's no way I'm throwing an afterparty with them around P.S. I couldn't care less when school ends... I'm done school, eons ago. Opera House is one block east of Broadview and Queen, south side. Hulla's usually go Sept/Dec/Feb/Apr/July... but they used to be in October rather than September.. I dunno why the change... Last edited by Seizure : September 24th, 2003 at 07:44 PM. |

Probably cause there are so many Halloween raves that they would needlessly have to compete with.. they're better off with the rave in December rather than in October I think..
Thats cool.. when did you finish school? I'm still doing my third year of Electrical Engineering at Ryerson.. Nice.. that means Opera House is pretty darn close to where I am at.. sweet! |

Has nothing to do with halloween.. the halloween parties are usually at the end of the month... hulla used to be in the 1st or 2nd week...
I finished school in 2001... 3 1/2 years Computer Programming/Analyst, 2 more years Network Administration.. and what do I get from all that? The satisfaction in knowing I don't want a computer job for the rest of my life.. |
