I had a decent time, brisk was awesome, it was great seeing jarefox at a hulla But the heat got to me quickly and I couldn't do much but sit/stand by the stage and avoid getting kicked in the face by the kids who weren't supposed to be on stage. I'm sorry if I was mean to anyone, I had a long week and got kinda bitchy towards the end of the night, but overall it was another evening of great music, so much CHEESE! I'm sad I missed frisky and donny, but sleepyness was starting to set in and I had a long drive. See everyone in september

From what I can remember, I had an incredible time last night. The beats were fantstic, Brisk's revival of his old styles was a pleasant surprise, so was Frisky's, Anabolic was mindblowing, MCED popped a most terrific cherry, D-minus was on at 5, and the Hulla Hoes were top notch. I can't believe I have to wait another three months to do this again. These timely intervals of adulthood are just getting harder and harder to bear.
Thanks for a great night everyone, see ya next time.

Yes was perfect timing. My g/f was so tired she had to sit down for the last 2 hours.
But I got her to dance with me for that song...was awesome.

whoah...
last night...was insane. there isnt much more to say other than that. it was insane. i got back to buffalo this morning and tried to sleep. key word being TRIED...i ended up just having hhc pounding in my head all day. when you have hhc on the mind, there is no sleeping. meeting everyone was great! i dont think i saw one disgruntled angry person there (besides security ) and it was great. it is parties like these that make life worth living...lol. OH! and thanks for the ride emily and john...getting home would have been quite the project without you. those pics are great! well, time to try sleeping again.

What better time for a first post, then after the MOST AMAZING HULLA EVER!!!
Managed to dance almost the entire night from the moment I stepped in the doors, to the moment I left, with some chillout time during the jungle set. I was so tired at the end of Frolic's set I was about to sit down, then Frisky stepped up to the tables and I was forced back to my feet. That kept me going until 5am!! I gave away bracelets, caught a stuffed animal and gave it to the girl ahead of me, got a sucker from the hulla booth, danced soooo much, met some cool kidz from Mass., and overall had an amazing time! Thanks to everyone! The vibe was the best EVER! Thank you, Frisky, for the disc handouts, I've listened to it three time already! Every so often at a party I stop dancing and look around, and when I see everyone else is dancing as hard as they possibly can, it makes me dance harder. Thank you, everyone!!!! I hope to be at the next one! -chuck!- ..not new to hulla, just to the boards. |

Whee...
It's Monday, 2:43 am, and I still haven't slept. That was one wicked party. I managed to get 10+ people from the little town of Waterdown to come along, for 5 of them, it was their first Hullabaloo, and for 4 of them, their first party. I think they're all hooked. I had SO much fun, and I still can't feel my legs. Oh, right. Wolf, I was the tired guy beside you on the GO Shuttle-bus. Thanks for the CD. @=)

Frolic: Thanks again for putting on the greatest parties ever. I never have as much fun as I do at hullas...you're my hero...6 yearz and many more!!! Neverlandgurl: I'm so glad to be rave engaged to you! Parties wouldn't be the same without you Oki, Jim, Snoop-e, Matt, and Adam: I <3 Detroit Boys Bart: Thanks for the glasses! I'll treasure them forever...and thanks so much for letting me steal your teddy bear for the night...it was the sweetest and nicest thing you could have done Little B: Most AMAZING light shows I have ever had the pleasure of seeing...I don't think I have ever sat still at a hulla for 10 minutes before that light show you gave bunny and I...I hope to see you at many more parties To everyone else I met and saw (you're far too numerous to mention): Thank you for making this party experience super plurtastic for me.
