yeah man i agree with wolf fully, i have never been but this is a big deal alot goes in to it and if the city doesnt know what they are doing they might get frustrated and jsut shut everything down at the littlest sign of trouble, i would love it to be in bobcaygeon just cuz they have proven they can handle it and are also more then willing to do so from what i hear, ur not gonna find many places willing to have an event this size that also have the space, like toronto might except where? and a little city that no one has ever heard of wont just cuz they wont be able to provide security and such so i say if bobcaygeon is willing to they already proved they can so i say go for it!!
