i thought there was going to be beer
all there was was 6 dollar light beer!???
i wasted so much money on that piss (which was probably the goal) and never worked up a little buzz' oh well.... luckily it was the only downside to the weekend and everything else went great |

Agreed.
I was really looking forward to the beer but there was absolutely no way I was paying $6/4% beer. NO POSSIBLE WAY. Oh well, the 26er of rum we managed to get in came into great use. |

stop complaining. yea it was $6, but for a FESTIVAL it could've been a lot worse. Think of how much beer is at BIG sporting events, or at MAJOR concerts.. it's a lot more.. just because it's at a "rave" doesn't mean its going to be cheap.

hahaha, I dont think anyone was happy about the cost of beer, but whichever!
This weekend was so much fun and even though I'm hard for cash, I still dont regret spending close to $100 in that tent

No No. It definately couldn't have been any worse. Did you SEE how empty the beer tent was for the most part? Nobody wants to spend that much on shitty beer. So what makes you think they're going to want to spend any more? I would've been disappointed even if it was $5 a beer. |

I wouldn't have minded spending 6$ on beer had they had something besides light. Who the hell wants to drink light beer?
All I know is I only had ONE beer...

Lucky me, I managed to get 2 Blue into me before they jacked the price up to $6... as soon as I saw that I figured that my money could be better used on other things...

My gf bought a beer and I had a few sips of it. I can't stand that light stuff. I guess I should be thankful to Coors for sponsoring the event. But it's too bad it could have been a company with good beer.
One thing that sucked too it the beer stage had the best sound and the worst DJs. B.J.

When I first got to wemf (friday afternoon) .. beer was $5 .. and you had the choice of Coors Light in a Can or Labatt Blue in a plastic cup (coors light cup).
I left and came back 1 hr later to find out that they increased the price to $6 .. I asked why and they told me it was because of inflation .. LOL Rumour has it that they increased the prices again around Sat night to $7 but by sunday noon they were back to $5. Anywho, it was great having a beer tent this weekend and i hope they will keep having it for many years to come -d-MiNuS- icq: 22846167 |

i think they should just lower the price... what they might possibly lose in profit (which they couldn't have been making much), they would earn in respect amoung us drunkards. Sometimes, it isn't about money, but the principle of the thing.
well... at least they weren't charging 20 bucks to sit under a sprinkler. -el pong |
