my parents just sold the house i grew up in for almost 300,000. It's a farmhouse that used to have farm buildings until they built up around it. I don't know if you're familiar with the area, but the house is in troy at the corner of south blvd and livernois. huge pine tree in the front yard, deck upstairs, next to an itty bitty brick house.

yeah, i was one of the oakland county brats and now live in warren...icky.
