Should be a fun night .

No ticket to the last Hulla required to attend this night. If you're not coming out for All Good Things there's nothing stopping you from being part of this! And of course if you're planning to be at All Good Things this is a wonderful way to round out the weekend.

We'll be setting up a big table and having all the Hulla talent sit down there (Comic Book convention styles!) for a scheduled autograph signing. This is the first time we've done this and literally the last time something like this can ever be done and should make for some awesome keepsakes!

At another scheduled time (all the times will be posted in advance) we're going to do a "class photo" of all the talent, as well as one of all the friendship crew. We've never done anything like this, and again we'll never have another chance to do it so this will be a very special photo session.

While all this is going on we'll be having exclusive use of the adjoining bowling alley and have a fun tournament. As we get closer to the date we'll start forming teams. We'll have prizes for the top teams.

Again, another "first & last" opportunity with all the pages of the HullaBook being put on display. I have no idea if it will ever be shown in public again, so get your chance to see it.

Once the organized parts of the night are over with (with the exception of the bowling) we'll have music playing and allow people to mingle and hang out. I'm also going to try and set up some video screens showing some old Hulla party footage.

As mentioned on the handbill, the Friendship Crew will be giving out nametags and it will be a fun social night. As exciting as all this is, it will of course be bittersweet as this will be the last gathering of our Hulla Family as we head into All Good Things.

The venue is the Marquee Event Theatre which is a cool facility perfect for this kind of gathering. It is licensed so everyone attending has to be 19+ in age. There will be bars open in both the Marquee and in the bowling alley. Food like chicken wings will also be available. Last call will be at 2am and we'll be wrapping things up around then to be cleared out of the venue by 3.

There's a paylot nearby, as well as a supermarket which probably won't care at that time of day. 24 hour street car access is also available.

Tickets will go on sale at noon Tuesday May 10th exclusively through the HullaStore. No tickets will be mailed, but have to be picked up at the venue. You'll then get a wristband allowing you to come and go between the Bowling alley and the Marquee. THere will be seating for the hypnotism show and it will be first come first served, as well as standing room along the back of the hall.

Now to address some of your questions regarding the hypnotist part of the show:

I've been a big believer of the power of the mind for many years and have been using self hypnosis for a long time to put me in a frame of mind of success and give me the confidence I need to make some of the big leaps I've taken in my life. That combined with my belief that a hypnosis show is one of the most hilarious and facinating forms of entertainment led me to be trained as a hypnotist a while back. I've been entertaining people for 10 years now and this is just another vehicle that allows me to do that. For the last few years I've been working shows, predominatley in the corporate market (as a team building excercise and a break during corporate development days) and just having returned from an annual hypnotist conference in Vegas. Obviously it's not something that would fit into the middle of a Hullabaloo so it's something I've kept seperate from my DJ life, until now.

With Hulla ending and having a venue to work with in our preparty I thought it would be a great time for a show and would be a hilarious night featuring all the familiar Hulla faces as the stars of the show. We've been working on specific skits for this one of a kind audience and party and it will be a riot. Plus now you can walk away not just saying you were part of Hulla's end but actually hypnotized by Anabolic Frolic!

To answer some questions before they're asked;

We all experience trance states every day of our lives. Ever try talking to someone while they were watching a TV show and they didn't respond? Or how about driving somewhere and kind of zoning out and missing your exit on the highway or forgetting about the last 10 minutes? You were in a trance and it's completely natural.

No, having a weak will has nothing with being put into a trance. In fact the stronger your will, the higher your intelligence, the better you can concentrate and the faster and easier you can enter a trance state.

No, you won't be barking like a dog or clucking like a chicken. I won't emberass you.

No, you can't get stuck in a trance state even if I were to drop dead in the middle of the show.

Yes, you'll feel fantastic afterwards as you'll be so relaxed it will be like receiving a full nights sleep (not a bad thing to do before the big final Hulla!).

Yes, you'll be aware and hear everything but you won't have a care in the world.

Yes, you will be the star of the show, I'm just a facilitator but the volunteers are the ones who will receive all the applause.

No, you can't be hypnotized against your will, everyone will be a volunteer.

Nothing can stop you from being hypnotized other than yourself.

All in all, I think this night will be a great compliment to All Good Things and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
