I've woken up with bruises on my feet from kicking the wall in my sleep while fighting in a dream (although most of the time kicking the wall hurts enough to wake me up).

I'm sure the security would be a bit understanding if they saw you were off your nut and freaking out or something, and most certainly if you were actually unconcious and flailing.
But I think you'd still know if it happened.
