We used to have them at midnight. That seemed to work.
Any later and the majority of the people are too drunk/fucked up to even remember about it.

The top balcnoy stays open - it opens up to all ages after the bar closes. I think it may be 2:30 when it opens, I'm not 100% sure.
I would hope people could remember a 2:30netmeet. In the back of the backroom of the balcony.
