I have a CUE file already when I cut it up for the CD.
The CD was done as a special edition to be given out at Hulla B&F ONLY. Releasing an mp3 is just icing, it's not meant to be a CD replica. The compression issue made the audio quality so-so, and thus encoding the mp3 at 96k was to make a smaller download. Bandwidth isn't free.
Thanks for your suggestions. Perhaps we'll do something with 'em in the future.
