A little late with my review, but... musically speaking, this was the best Hulla in months. Damn near every genre you could hope for had been represented by midnight, which was totally awesome because the music at Hulla has been getting a bit generic of late... upfront all night long starts to lost my interest.
The crowd was a little different... a whole lot of newbies from all walks of life, which is a great thing for the diversity of the scene, but had an effect on the hullavibe. Hopefully they'll come back next time knowing what to expect and contributing to the vibe in a more coherent manner, if you know what I mean.
Also, I would like to know how MC ED got so amazing... the rest of the Goodfellaz and I were more than impressed by his performance, and really can't wait to have him over for NYE. Way to go!
