I think that no matter what party you go to, there's likely to be some sort of substance abuse, wether it's you, or your friends, or anyone. But the point is, you know what you are going for, and that's what gives the vibe. You go there to have fun, you can't be focused on if other people are fucked up, or doing anything, concentrate on YOU having fun.
