At my job i really get screwed. We have no laws that say i deserve any large wage in the U.S. So i make 2.65 an hour plus tips. The bad thing is that our boss finds it necesssary in the morning to have no food expoditer or GU(dishwasher/trashman/busboy/etc). Sometimes even no host.

So in actuallity we are working our ass off because he is too greedy to shell out a few extra bucks. Oh and since we are corporate the managers get bonuses by screwing us over.
ie keeping labor to a minimum, no OT. I hate my job but it pays.
