Most places won't allow water bottles for two reasons:
1. they want you to buy
their water bottles.
2. There's no way for them to be sure that what's in the bottle is actually water and not vodka or kerosene or something.
But you can just buy one bottle at the beginning of the night and fill it in the bathroom sink.
