was it the two 13 year old kiddies running around?
i saw these two girls.. they were both about 4.5 - 5 feet tall max.. i went up to the one and acted all plurry.. - remember.. it's not even 10pm yet, and they were both completely high... just knawing at their pacifiers

"13 and 14"..
