even though this is not a hullabaloo party, the promotor is compensating frolic for some of the money that frolic is losing and he is providing a venue for hullabaloo's headliners to play at so that they won't be too disappointed with their trip to canada.

they are doing hullabaloo a BIG favour here so it's not unreasonable that they would ask for exclusive advertising rights on the hullaboard.

all the promotors advertising in the "other events" forum should remember that hullabaloo is giving them FREE advertising. it is not an automatic right. hullabaloo will provide the advertising but NOT if it interferes with hullabaloo's plans.
