I've been working my way steadily through the mountain of orders. I've left the Deluxe packages for last since they take the most effort to send out, so if you have a Deluxe order, they'll getting shipped either tomorrow or Monday. Almost all of the "Party only" and Weekend Reunion package orders have been shipped, the last few are going out tomorrow. (If you ordered both a Deluxe and another order of a WU or PO package, and I noticed and put them together, then it'll be in the Deluxe pile.) I do apologize for the delay, it's just been one thing after another! But all of the orders (that have not already been shipped) will for-sure be shipped out within the next few business days.

And boy, it's going to be a relief to have this done! o_O

SkItLeS April 27th, 2007 01:32 AM

Robin you're amazing!

heidibear April 27th, 2007 02:51 AM

glad to hear you are doin better Robin! :D

Swuft April 27th, 2007 11:35 AM

Thanks for the update. My friend Brent ordered just the party tickets and I ordered the Deluxe package and I would have been wondering why he got his tickets and I didn't get mine. I'm also glad to hear your ok.

I know. I never thought checking the mail would be so exciting.

Thanks for the well-wishes - between my severe bronchitis/possible pneumonia, the subsequent antibiotic reaction that landed me in the hospital, Moo's bronchitis, a potential adult-onset peanut allergy requiring me to get further testing (and now a stinkin' asthma test coming up, argh), and then Moo getting RSV, it seems like we just can't get a break around here. o_O Honestly, it feels like we've been sick for MONTHS, like every time we start to get better, some other microorganism comes along and gets us again. :( Our immune systems just aren't getting a chance to recover before some other sickness comes along.

As for the packages, I am sending them out as fast as I can get them processed. Just remember that I'm also full-time mother to an EXTREMELY ACTIVE toddler, so my time to work is basically after he's in bed (so, around 11pm until I go to sleep) and while he watches a Sesame Street or two during the day! I really do appreciate everyone's patience. :)

I should add here that I'm having a bit of a problem - the cases we use for our UK vs Canada two-packs are special-ordered, and with Frolic gone on his eastern tour (he left this morning) I have no way to get more packs until he comes back in a week. I'm down to my last 11 cases and I need 27 to finish the orders. o_O It looks like a local shop has similar cases but they're colored rather than the black ones we've been using. Would anyone have any problems with receiving their UK vs Canada cds in a colored pack rather than a black pack? If that's fine by everyone, I'll go get some of those cases so I can ship the rest tomorrow rather than waiting an additional week.

(Edited shortly after posting.)

No Typical Raver April 30th, 2007 04:33 PM

hello.

Swuft April 30th, 2007 06:34 PM

I don't mind a differnet colored case at all. It's all good. For all I care it doesn't even have to be in a case. Just put the cds and paper insert in the envelope with the rest of the stuff and I'll put it in one of my blank cases when it gets here. :)

I can def relate to the bronchitis/possible pneumonia. On top of what you have, I've also been diagnosed with laryngitis and bronchospasm too. It's been a long week for me. I waited 5 days before I went to the hospital, but I'm slowly starting to show improvement. I hope all is well on your end, and hopefully they prescribed you with the same antibiotics that I had been given.

As for the cases, it doesn't matter to me which case the discs come in. I'll accept whichever one would make your job easier. :D

I don't remember which thread it's in but Frolic is adding a 2 CD set with him vs. Vinylgroover from the UK vs. Canada show to the deluxe package orders. If someone reamembers which thread Frolic made this anouncement in can you please post it.

Robin Frolic May 1st, 2007 03:20 PM

Yep, that's it. Deluxe package orders come with the UK vs Canada two-pack. If you go look at the back of the flyer, you'll see the details under the "Deluxe package bonus freebies" section.

Poor skittles! I got prescribed some fluoroquinone antibiotic, which made me all hallucinatory and dehydrated and made my heart race like whoa (~140 bpm lying down). That's what ended me up in the hospital, having to get rehydrated via IV and they kept an eye on me in case of further CNS side effects. After that not-so-fun little experience, the docs thought it would be a good idea to let me try to recover without more antibiotics, so I'm fighting it off on my own. I'm not sure whether it's still lingering or whether I currently have a Moo-caused repeat of RSV. *sigh*

HooDoo May 1st, 2007 03:24 PM

I have no problem with a different colored case...

JohnGotti May 1st, 2007 03:31 PM

I'll just be happy to receive my CD-2 pack in whatever color seems fit Robin. I'm just excited to hear it :-) I received my regular order the other day and am anxiously awaiting my Front Row package.

Mrs Skittles May 1st, 2007 03:34 PM

I don't mind what color it is at all.

Thanks for working so hard Robin! We all appreciate it. :)

happy1 May 2nd, 2007 02:56 PM

i am glad you are feeling better, reading that was scary 0.O. anyways, it doesnt matter what color the cds come in, just as long as they get here.

shadowmanvurt May 2nd, 2007 04:32 PM

Awww, shit! Just got my tickets. Also just got my tax refund. Now I'll buy my plane tickets and I'll see you all there. :)
