So something funny/weird/stupid happened...
 

I the 2 strangest things at Drift that happened to me both involved money.
First, I was just walking arround saying hello to people and giving people candy or toys or whatever, and this guy came up to me with handfulls of money, and he looked kind of woried, and told me "I keep finding money." I remember thinking 'I wish I was finding money' and I told him "Keep it." and he nodded and walked away.
And the other I guess is just sheer stupidity on my part. I had this give away bag, and I was carrying it arround all night, and my best friend was holding all the stuff I didn't want to lose. At one point I had $20.00 in my hand, and I didn't know where my best friend was, so I put the money in my give away bag.
I got home and needed to pay somebody money that I owed them and I asked my best friend where the $20.00 I gave him was and he told me I never gave it to him. Then I remembered sitting in a circle (at the rave) and people asked me what was in the bag, so I took it off and put it in the middle of the circle and said "It's presents, take whatever you want."
MAN I felt like a DUMBASS when I realized that someone must have taken the $20.00 as a "present" from me.

What funny/weird/stupid memory do you have?

thats pretty fucked up! i dont think i got anything that tops that. my memories mostly involve the bathroom. i was in one of those talk-talk-talk-talk-talk moods all night ( :crazyeye: ) and i came on my own, so when i'd go down to the bathroom for water or to pee, i would end up staying down there for periods of twenty minutes or more talking to people and holding the broken doors shut for people... at a few points i was even cleaning up, throwing out the papers towels, trying to dry the puddles off the counter, etc... :lol:

hey y'all remember someone posting saying they were gonna wear a cheshire cat hat? the girl who WAS wearing it says she doesnt even use the hullaboard but she'd been getting asked all night... lol

well my memory would be having my shoe break :) that was funny yet it all worked out, i just got some tape and wala it was fixed....good as new ;)

don't feel bad I lost 20 dollars too! it happens...

the hat girl was in the hotel with us, the guy who said he was gunna wear the hat also was in the hotel with us, so i am sure that is how all that cheshire cat business happened lol

I drank Dougal's rum & coke 'cos he decided to order up another round at 12:58 am.

The tape worked? I was worried you were going to be walking around the rest of the night with one leg four inches longer than the other.

I don't have a weird/stupid/funny memory so I'm going to steel someone elses. Someone came up to my friend and offered her a quarter to make out with his girlfriend. That's funny, weird, and stupid.

No fair, that was mine! :p What was even funnier, weirder, and more stupid was that it wasn't his girlfriend. He just met that girl the same time he met me, and proceeded to make out with her as soon as they got their names exchanged. Plus, I'm worth waaaay more than a stinking quarter! Pfft, newbies

the lights in my room turned off by themselves. either my roomate accidentally hit the switch or its something else. sometimes when i get in a certain mood, ifeel i geuss an energy and something falls over. :confused: :eek:

Well... i dont think anything funny happend to me attttt Drift on a Dream.. but I did loose my ticket and then my mom found out i did E.. and told my other friends mom.. and then my friend couldnt go and I got his ticket and my mom let me go.

..i think thats weird.

happy1: I believe in ghosts or spirits and things like that, and I have had strange things happen like radios and things turn off and on on their own, and tings fall over for no apparent reason. It's creepy, but also kind of interesting.

i have 3 inch platform foam club kid type of shoes and the 3 inch foam bottom on the one started detaching from the base of the shoe, then it just came off completely.

Wow! How long had you had them? Because if they were new that's crazy I'd go back to the store and complain!

oh no they weren't new....they were lets see 1998 i bought em so they were 6 years old....i only wore em to parties and clubs tho so i mean i got a lot of dancin outta em :)

my mother would freak if she found out I did E or anything else for that matter. She believes all of those ridiculous commercials the government puts out. I usually take the time to educate ppl on the subject but it's my mom and she's A)still gonna freak cuz I'm her daughter and B)she'll just think I'm being naive anyways. what did your mom say? what an awkward position to be put in!

i got lost in that building so many times. now that i look back on it i don't know how i keep doing that...well ya i do. also at one point i was sitting in the back near the bar and was watching the lady behind the bar. i noticed she was talking to something, then i realized there was something next to her. I swear to god that there was a robot next to her and she was carring on a conversation with it. my friend told me is wasn't though
