Well my issues are I'm not a good collection agent of my money unfortunately.

You've been pretty good at collecting $20-40 of my paycheque four times a year for five years.

You could always take them, and a few other folks to small claims over this. If its actually a significant sum, but yah gotta ask yourself. Is it really worth the time, energy, and effort to get some $$$ back...or is it the principal of the thing ?

You could always sell them independantly off this site. Considering most of the folks on this site would be the buyers anyhow. Cut out the middle person yah know what I mean.

He moved to BC which makes any sort of legal action difficult, or even to collect. At the end of the day they have no money though, thats why I never got paid, so it's the whole blood from a stone thing and the ending of a friendship. I've written the whole thing off, but it just goes back to my original post in that I won't be sending any more business their way.

And Jare, yes I've set up the "HullaStore" to sell direct to our patrons, and we've been doing direct ticket sales the last few parties as well.

I had no idea you were doing direct ticket sales. You gotta market that stuff a lot more like on your banner or somewhere on the front page.

PS - I hate ticketmaster

maybe a stupid idea, but maybe set yourself up as a mastercard and/or visa merchant, and have people buy the tickets right off your site instead of ticketweb?

i know getting setup isn't hard

there is probably processing servers out there too that will get you the cash with less of a service charge than ticketweb.

my guess tho
